Mel CarterSeptember 20, 2026My experience with Scott from Informed Building Inspections Sunshine Coast was exceptional from start to finish. I engaged them to complete a handover inspection and a follow-up reinspection, and I couldn't have been happier with the service. The initial inspection was extremely thorough, with great attention to detail, and the report was clear and comprehensive. What really impressed me was the follow-up inspection, where Inspector identified several issues that had not actually been rectified. They didn't just point out the problems; they took the time to explain what the potential consequences could be if they weren't properly resolved. Throughout the whole process, Scott was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly calm. They clearly know their job inside and out and went about everything with an impressive level of confidence and ease. I felt completely confident that the property was being inspected properly and that nothing was being overlooked. The service took a lot of the stress out of what can otherwise be a very stressful process. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Informed Building Inspections Sunshine Coast to anyone needing a thorough, professional and reliable inspection. I would definitely use them again.Posted on GoogleCopper TJAugust 18, 2026Very comprehensive service and were very responsive and communicative with some follow up queries I had after the inspection. The other companies I called gave me no time out of their day which is fair on the time frame I had, but Bronwyn was the opposite which is rare to see these days, great customer service Honestly couldn’t be more happy with the care and service informed provided. And as cliche as it sounds I honestly would recommend them to anyone on the Sunshine Coast needing an inspection completedPosted on GoogleJames RobinsonApril 16, 2026I would highly recommend Informed Building Inspections for your building & pest while buying a property. I reached out to several companies for quotes, but Bronwyn from Informed Building Inspections had the most prompt and transparent customer service. Dealing with Bronwyn was wonderful, she made the process from initial quote to receipt of the report so easy, in such an overwhelming process as buying a house. Babak, who did our inspection, was extremely thorough and the report was comprehensive. It allowed us to proceed with the purchase with confidence, knowing we had all of the information we needed.Posted on GoogleAshleigh YoungFebruary 25, 2026Team was amazing from start to finish! Emily and Bronwyn were so helpful getting the inspection scheduled last-minute, and Neville was extremely knowledgeable and thorough - I got the report back that night! Absolutely recommend.Posted on GoogleMichelle McknightFebruary 3, 2026The team are so easy to deal with - very flexible and understanding right from the get go. Our report was through to us by 9pm same day and they happily answered questions and gave recommendations. Already recommended them to others in our building.
