What to expect when receiving a pre-purchase inspection

Your building and pest inspection will include

Thorough building and pest inspection to all visible and accessible areas of the property to identify Major and Minor defects and areas requiring repair or maintenance.

 Inspection of external walls, internal walls, sub-floor spaces, roof exteriors, floors, roof space, patios and pergolas, retaining walls, sheds and pay particular attention to wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.

 Identification of conducive conditions for termites and timber pests, and evidence of timber pest infestation, either active or exterminated. Timber pests include termites, wood rot, wood borers, chemical delignification.

 Expert service using the latest non-invasive technologies including TERMATRAC T3i All Sensor, Tramex Moisture Meter and Thermal Imaging Camera.

 A guarantee that your report will be emailed through to you within 24 hours from your inspection, with SAME DAY reporting also available.

 All inspections will be completed in accordance with the Australian Standards.
